Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect them and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after an inspection is complete.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

*Please note we are not responsible for interest charges made by credit card companies while waiting for returns to be refunded*

Returns/Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. The product must be in the original packaging, and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at contact@posturehappy.com to complete an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, Posture Happy will cover the cost of shipping you back the correct item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
